Young Coater Wins Entrepreneur Award
Man Cave Metal Works specializes in laser engraving, plasma cutting, fabrication, LED lighting additions, and powder coating and paint work.
Josh Buffington opened Man Cave Metal Works in 2015, but now the 20-year-old has become a full-fledged businessman, and recently received the Puyallup/Sumner Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year award in Washington state.
In getting the award, the chamber said it recognizes a member who has created a successful business plan and have seen it come to fruition. Buffington’s company specializes in laser engraving, plasma cutting, fabrication, LED lighting additions, and powder coating and paint work.
Buffington got his start welding with the help of his father and one of his former teachers at Eatonville High School. He started his business and realized he had a large client base he was making his metal artwork for.
