The Chemical Coaters Association International (CCAI) is accepting applications for the Matt Heuertz Scholarship Program. Applications will be reviewed by the CCAI education committee and will also be sent to regional chapters that provide additional scholarship funding for students in their area. Award amounts vary and are determined by the CCAI national office. Scholarship recipients will also receive a free one-year student membership in CCAI.

Visit ccaiweb.com and go to the education tab to view the criteria and selection process and to submit an application. Students must complete an scholarship application, provide a transcript or other grade verification and a resume with a photo. The deadline for applying is March 29. Awards will be announced in June at CCAI’s annual meeting in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

CCAI also created a “Careers in Finishing Guide” for those interested in learning about the opportunities available in the finishing industry. The guide can be downloaded from CCAI’s website, http://www.ccaiweb.com/?student.
