Bill Lekki, Precious Plate

Bill Lekki, technical director of Precious Plate, began working for the company 35 years ago as a process control lab technician. He has also worked as a production foreman, quality and engineering manager. Precious Plate says it goes to Bill for solve engineering problems, new product development, quoting, environmental reporting, company-wide engineering support and much more.

Adrian “Sergio” Sanchez has been with All-Color Powder Coating for over 11 years.  He started by working on the line and has worked his way up to Plant Supervisor.  Nobody knows more about what is happening in the shop than Sergio.  His commitment and dedication to the job is nothing short of amazing.

Although Kally Powell has only been with us for a little over 4 years, she has developed into an indispensable asset.  She efficiently handles many of the office duties while keeping management in line.  Customers typically go directly to Kally with questions as they can count on receiving a quick response. Kally is definitely the “Go-to-Gal” in our shop.
