NASF Michigan Chapter Conference Is Sept. 13-15

Confirmed speakers include Jeff Hannapel from the NASF/The Policy Group; Matt Martz from the NASF; Daniel Greene, a senior hydrogeologist from Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr and Huber; and Collin Peters, business manager at Atotech.

The Michigan chapter of the National Association for Surface Finishing will hold its Midwest Seminar September 13-15, on Mackinac Island, featuring topics related to PFOS and new technologies.

Confirmed speakers include Jeff Hannapel from the NASF/The Policy Group; Matt Martz from the NASF; Daniel Greene, a senior hydrogeologist from Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr and Huber; and Collin Peters, business manager at Atotech.

The schedule includes an evening welcome reception on Thursday, September 13, followed by speaker presentations during the morning and afternoon on Friday, September 14, and then cocktails and dinner in the evening. The keynote speaker will be Bill Barkeley, a deaf-blind adventurer and storyteller. The event will wrap up on Saturday, September 15, with golf at The Jewel.

Mackinac Island is this year's top summer travel destination in the U.S., according to TripAdvisor, and the Grand Hotel was named the 2018 best hotel in Michigan, according to U.S. New and World Reports.
