The Powder Coating Institute's "Custom Coater Summit" was held March 22-23 at the Treasure Island Resort in Las Vegas, and was a successful event as coaters learned new techniques about their craft and received tips on running their coating business.
 
The Custom Coater Summit was developed specifically for custom coaters, and provided sessions on business solutions, new product technologies, PCI programs, round table discussions and others.
 
It was also an excellent networking opportunity for coaters could help improve their business and coating processes.
 
The Keynotes address was "Filling the Glass: Real World Tactics and Reality-Based Motivation for Increasing Productivity and Job Satisfaction" by Barry Maher from Barry Maher & Associates.
