PRAB has two compact versions of its turnkey Ultrafiltration (UF) system. According to the company, the ultrafiltration membrane technology separates organics, emulsified oils and suspended solids from process water, incoming water, wastewater and metalworking coolant to reduce haul-away costs up to 90%. It is said that all components and tank assemblies are mounted on a single skid which is configured for a smaller footprint and complementary components are mounted above the tank to also conserve space. Additional membranes can be added as volume increases.
