Ransohoff's Rotosonic System Cleans in Single Machine
System cleans heavily soiled parts in a compact machine.
Ransohoff’s Rotosonic is a combination spray and aqueous parts cleaning system designed to clean heavily soiled parts in a single machine, rather than having to purchase a spray cabinet and an ultrasonic machine separately. According to the company, the unit has the flexibility of utilizing a single process or both, depending on users’ needs. It is said the machine has a compact design and eliminates manpower needs as well as the safety risks from moving parts from washer to washer. The company says that the Rotosonic machine has a payload of 300 lbs. and a load height of 39”. The ultrasonic tank offers 40 kHz frequency to help clean hard-to-reach locations and blind holes. It has a footprint of 55” × 50” × 86”. Ransohoff is a division of Cleaning Technologies Group.
