Sheffield Platers In San Diego Gaining Worldwide Fame

Series of articles on the economy published by the Associated Press have run in hundreds of newspapers across the U.S. and internationally.

Sheffield Platers in San Diego has been receiving worldwide attention for a series of articles on the economy published by the Associated Press that have run in hundreds of newspapers across the U.S. and internationally.

 

On Nov. 15 the AP ran a story called “US factory production rises 0.3 percent in October” which featured a photo of Sheffield Platers’ President Dale Watkins and several employees. The story appeared in over 100 newspapers and only more than 1,000 websites which carry AP news feeds.

 

Then on Jan. 30, the AP ran a story called “U.S. Expected To Show Solid Growth For Last Three Months Of 2013,” which also featured a photo of workers at Sheffield Platers. The photos were shot during one session in October.
