Products Finishing Publisher Todd Luciano sits down with Anne Goyer, executive director of the Chemical Coaters Association International, to talk about the upcoming FABTECH show in Chicago, Nov. 11-14, at McCormick Place.

FABTECH 2019 brings a wealth of innovation and technology solutions to Chicago Nov. 11-14, 2019. More than 48,000 attendees and over 1,800 exhibiting companies are expected to gather for the event which also provides educational sessions and expert-led presentations covering the latest trends and technology in the metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing industries.

CCAI’s Finishing Pavilion and Education Program is in its 10th year at FABTECH and has become an integral part of the event. It continues to offer innovations and information on all aspects of industrial surface finishing. The Finishing Pavilion is already sold out with nearly 200 exhibitors scheduled to display products, services, ideas and equipment.

Organizers suggest finalizing plans now to attend FABTECH to ensure the best hotel rates, reasonable airfare and reserved seats for the finishing education sessions. Visitors are also encouraged to attend FABTECH for multiple days to take advantage of everything the event has to offer.

“It’s hard to believe we are in our 10th year as a FABTECH partner,” says  Goyer.  “We have worked hard to continuously expand our educational offerings and grow the Finishing Pavilion with a broad array of products and services for those in our industry.”

CCAI is offering a 30% discount on any of its finishing educational sessions. Use promotion code FINISHING30 when you register. Those who have already registered for the show without signing up for the education sessions can go back into the registration and add education sessions using the promotion code.

“Our educational sessions continue to attract more attendees every year and garner outstanding reviews,” says Goyer. “We use attendee feedback to improve our offerings for the next year, so our programming for Chicago is a reflection of our attendees’ educational wants and needs.”

To see all the finishing education sessions and presentations in detail, visit the FABTECH website at fabtechexpo.com under “Education” or on the CCAI website at ccaiweb.com.
