He holds a B.S. in marketing from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA in international business. Ferguson helps companies update their critical cleaning processes to improve productivity and boost quality in a safe, economical, and environmentally-acceptable manner.

Rob Lee, senior market and technical manager for MicroCare, has over 30 years of experience in the precision cleaning industry. He holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and was the valedictorian of his MBA class from the Lerner College of Business and Economics. He is also CFA certified as a chartered financial analyst. Lee works closely with customers on issues related to cleaning performance, safety, economics, and environmental concerns.
