AOTCO Metal Finishing has acquired Plating for Electronics, allowing clients of either firm to now make use of the capabilities of both.

AOTCO Metal Finishing (Billerica, Mass.) has acquired Plating for Electronics (Waltham, Mass.), a leading provider of specialty anodizing, electroplating and laser marking services. AOTCO and PFE will continue to operate in their respective locations, with management and employees also remaining in place. Customers will be able to leverage both companies' capabilities and tap into their combined capacity and know-how.
"PFE clients can now run certified jobs through AOTCO's NADCAP-accredited facility,” Corie Davino, Vice President of Operations of the new organization, said, “while AOTCO's customers can now access PFE services such as expanded anodize colors and laser marking."
