Dynapower Co., manufacturer of power electronics for metal finishing, electrowinning for mining and electrochemical production, announces several important appointments in response to growing opportunity and global demands.

The company names Bob Gladden as vice president of sales and business development for power systems and has also strengthened its industrial sales team.

Dev Massimi has been named industrial sales manager; Matt Paul has been named aftermarket services sales manager; Mark Desantis joins Dynapower as a senior industrial sales engineer; and Ernest Bragg III has been named industrial sales associate.

Bob Gladden is a sales and business development leader with over 30 years of experience in global industrial markets. In addition to leading industrial and high-power sales within the Power Systems Division of Dynapower, Gladden will also oversee aftermarket services with a goal towards extending the company’s service offerings and customer reach.

Promoted to industrial sales manager, Dev Massimi will lead the industrial sales team response to increased demand for Dynapower products. Prior to being named sales manager, Massimi worked as a sales engineer at the company.

Matthew Paul is appointed as sales manager of aftermarket services after working with Dynapower for over five years, beginning his career with the company in 2011 on the production floor. He later moved to do work for the sales and customer service departments, improving his knowledge of the company’s product, application and customer needs.

Dynapower is pleased to announce the hiring of Mark Desantis as senior sales engineer for industrial sales. Desantis is a sales professional in the electro mechanical industry with over 30 years of experience in sales and business development.

Rounding out the industrial sales team is the promotion of Ernest Bragg III to industrial sales associate after serving the company in customer services.

Working at Dynapower is a family affair for the Braggs. Ernest’s father has worked with Dynapower for over 26 years as a team leader on the shop floor. Ernest began his career with Dynapower in 2011. Since then, he has worked in both the marketing and sales departments, supporting various initiatives for all business segments.
