Hubbard-Hall Inc. Appoints Shelley Lusas to Director of Marketing
Hubbard-Hall has promoted Shelley Lusas to a new director of marketing position. Lusas has been with the company for three years.
Independent chemical distributor Hubbard-Hall Inc. (Waterbury, Conn.) has promoted Shelley Lusas to director of marketing.
Lusas joined Hubbard-Hall in 2017 as a Marketing Manager and has shifted the company’s marketing efforts from a traditional approach to a more modern, digital and fully integrated approach that prioritizes Hubbard-Hall’s strategic product lines. In this newly created role, she will report directly to CEO Molly Kellogg and continue to manage Traci Conroy, Marketing Communications and Content Manager.
Lusas earned her BS in Communications from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2003. Her prior marketing experience includes communications, event management, marketing operations and digital analytics in fields such as higher education, SAAS, publishing and health insurance. She reports that she has been leveraging that experience to create integrated campaigns and analyze data for continuous improvement.
Molly Kellogg, President/CEO of Hubbard-Hall, notes that Lusas has expanded her role during her three years with the company, and Kellogg can’t wait to see what Lusas does next.
