Lincoln Industries Names Two VPs, Promotes Marketing Specialist

Kassy Knudson, the new vice president of people resources, represents the third generation of the founding LeBaron family to work for the company.

Lincoln Industries has named Kassy Knudson as vice president, people resources, and Brandon Rigoni as vice president, business development, and has promoted Kayla Jacox to marketing specialist.

Knudson joined Lincoln in 2010 and has served in multiple areas of the business, including marketing, sourcing, operations, people resources, business development, and recently leading marketing and Khrome Werks. She represents the third generation of the LeBaron family to work for the company. Her grandfather, Dale LeBaron, founded the company 65 years ago, and her father, Marc LeBaron, is the current chairman and CEO.

Rigoni will oversee business development, innovation, commercial sales, marketing, and branded products, developing strategies for sales growth in each segment. He joins Lincoln after spending the last four years with The Gallup Organization, most recently as a practice leader and managing consultant.

Jacox joined Lincoln in 2014 as an administrative assistant/accounts receivable clerk and has a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
