Charyk brings a wealth of experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong background in compliance and quality assurance within the chemical industry. With her previous experience at Benjamin Moore & Co. and CellMark, she has a proven history of navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring that products meet all necessary safety and efficacy standards.
In this position, Charyk will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments, coordinating submissions to regulatory agencies and ensuring that all MicroCare products comply with applicable regulations in the markets they serve. She will work closely with the R&D and marketing teams to support product launches and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
