Powder Coating Week Moves to July 13-16, 2021
PCI’s Powder Coating Week in Orlando, July 13-16, 2021, is a four-day event designed to expand powder coating knowledge and connect with others in the industry.
With continuing concerns regarding travel, the Powder Coating Institute’s (PCI) Powder Coating Week 2021 has moved to July 13-16, 2021. The event will take place at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida.
With protocols and precautions in place to ensure a safe environment for all, Powder Coating Week 2021 will again be comprised of three separate programs that offer a combination of training, keynote presentations, technical sessions, tabletop exhibits, roundtable discussions, expert panels, and social activities.
The schedule for the week remains the same, beginning with PCI’s Powder Coating 101 Workshop: The Basics and its Custom Coater Forum running concurrently on Tuesday, July 13 and Wednesday, July 14. The Powder Coating Technical Conference and Tabletop Exhibition will follow on Thursday, July 15 and Friday, July 16.
“This is such an important event for the powder coating industry,” says PCI executive director Kevin Coursin. “It’s the place that our entire industry comes together for education and networking each year. We hope the date change will allow more people to attend. While the Renaissance has put a tremendous effort into attendee safety for our event, it was decided a later date would provide a better opportunity for everyone to be able to travel to Orlando.”
