ResinTech Completes REACH Registration
REACH regulations require companies to provide information on the hazards, risks and safe use of chemical substances that they manufacture or import.
ResinTech has completed its REACH registration with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
REACH, which stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, went into effect in June 2007 and established procedures for collecting and assessing information on the properties and hazards of substances. REACH was adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals, while enhancing the competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry.
