Rick Brandt Promoted to Publisher of Additive Manufacturing Magazine

Additive Manufacturing is devoted to industrial applications of 3D printing technology.

Rick Brandt has been promoted to publisher of the Additive Manufacturing magazine, where he will direct the sales and business development efforts for the multichannel media outlet. He previously served as Gardner Business Media’s regional vice president for the West Coast.

“Manufacturers are adopting 3D printing technology more and more, and the Additive Manufacturing brand is growing with that demand,” says Brandt. “I am excited about the future and the opportunity to connect our audience with the technologies and trends that will help them succeed.”

Brandt joined Gardner Business Media in 2006, and is based in the Los Angeles area. He has represented the metalworking, composites, additive and plastics processing markets for Gardner. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from California State University, San Bernardino.
