ACE will exhibit the hybrid radiant tube burnoff oven. Said to eliminate a main burner box, the radiant tube achieves uniform temperatures of ±10°F. The company says durable construction of 11-gauge steel assures long life, and the oven’s one-touch control system eliminates programming or recalling recipes. A high-fire afterburner provides faster heat-up.
