Power Supplies range in size from 10-ampere laboratory units to 10,000-ampere high volume production models.  Factory assembled and tested prior to shipment, each unit is backed by HBS’s 45 years experience in the metal finishing industry. The company recently expanded its air-cooled rectifier product line to include all units up to 10,000 amperes.   Previously, larger rectifiers required water-cooling systems to remove heat and maintain proper operating temperatures.  By introducing air-cooling for larger rectifier models, the added expense and maintenance associated with water-cooling systems is eliminated.  The design includes the isolation of control components in sealed electrical compartments, eliminating contact with plating shop environments.

Control features, including ramp control, periodic reverse, and microprocessor control for amp-hour calculation, can be added to any rectifier in the HBS product line.   Non-resettable type amp-hour totalizers are provided to meet environmental monitoring requirements.
