Exair Corp.’s no-drip, internal-mix atomizing spray nozzles mix liquid and air inside the nozzle and produce the finest atomization of liquids up to 300 centipoise with the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when the compressed air is shut off. In addition to wasting valuable resources, unwanted spray nozzle drips can ruin finish appearance or product function on sealing or mating surfaces. These no-drip nozzles suit applications in which no post-spray drip is permissible.

The nozzles are available in five patterns: narrow-angle round pattern; wide-angle round pattern; flat fan pattern; deflected flat fan pattern; and 360-degree hollow circular pattern. All configurations are designed for pressure-fed applications that don't require independent air and liquid control.

Applications include painting, coating, rinsing, cooling, quenching, wetting (moistening), humidification and dust control. The compact atomizing nozzles are fully adjustable to minimize air and liquid consumption and include interchangeable liquid and air caps. They are CE-compliant and conflict-mineral-free.
