Atotech, Zinni 220 electrolyte

 

Atotech Inc.’s Zinni 220 boric acid and ammonia-free acid zinc nickel electrolyte is designed for corrosion protection and improved throwing power, resulting in higher thickness in low current density areas. Depending on the requirements, this coating can provide bright, semi-bright or matte coatings. This process is designed to be environmentally friendly and operates with liquid products only, eliminating the risk of toxic dusts. The coating was specially developed for the direct plating of cast iron in rack applications and barrel production and is approved by the brake caliper industry.
