Binks’ EMS (Electronic Mix Solutions) plural component system  is designed to handle ratios from 1:1 to 100:1 with hardener flow rates as low as 2 cc (0.07 oz) per min. The system can be configured for as many as six colors and two guns, with or without gun flush boxes. Material waste is said to be reduced as much as 60 cc (2 oz) on every color change, and the programmable flush is said to lower solvent waste as much as 65 percent.

Binks’ EMS control system provides straightforward data entry, clear displays and simple functions on an easy-to-use keypad. New users need less training and the unit incorporates troubleshooting features, the company says.
