Blastman’s robots are designed to remove tough coatings with operating pressures from 135–150 psi at the nozzle with two No. 12 blast nozzles. These robots require proper maintenance intervals for nozzle and hose replacement to remain effective, but are always tailored according to the blast chamber and work pieces. The Blastman B20 is suitable for blasting railway rolling stock and beam structures utilizing a gantry crane position that navigates around including the internal areas of the freight cars.
