The WBL310 boiler controller with four feed/aarm outputs, allows four different chemical feed methods to occur simultaneously, providing flexibility and high efficiency. The boiler controllers are said to be low cost, microprocessor-based, menu-driven industrial controller that offer the flexibility of four feed/alarm outputs, the effeiciency of a unique time proportional blowdown method of sampling and reliability due to automatic checks on conductivity, eliminating flushing provlems. The simultaneous control of chemical feed inhibits corrosion, solids precipitation and scale buildup. The feed methods are: feed in proportion to blowdown time, feed after blowdown, feed based on water meter, feed based on paddlewheel flowmeter and feed as a percent of time.
