American Roller’s Arcotron CL800 is a ceramic-covered roller designed for conventional corona treating and applications in harsh environments, such as skip and lane treating. According to the company, the roller’s dielectric coating is nearly three times higher than the typical voltage at the electrode, enabling continuous operation at 300°F without degradation, which results in extended service life.

The durable corona treater cover features stable, long-term electrical properties, and offers improved cut and abrasion resistance. It can produce a variety of coating thicknesses and tight-tolerance finishes with roughness as low as 15 Ra.
