According to the company, the certified markers eliminate added expense and lead time that end-users typically face when certifying and financing their own batch of marking tools for jobs that require the use of certified products, such as military and nuclear applications.

The markers also meet the following specifications: less than 200 ppm total halogens, less than 250 ppm each low-melting -point metals, less than 300 ppm total low-metal-point metals and less than 200 ppm sulfur.
