Cleaning Technologies Group’s LeanJet RB-2 immersion cleaning system uses a washing and rinsing process of agitation, spray impingement, hydraulic purging through immersion and rotation, ultrasonics, and heated blow-off drying. The company’s “triple action” batch cleaning process was developed to process a range of challenging parts, especially those with internal bores and passages, and complex geometries.

The aqueous parts washer also features a Siemens S7-1200 programmable controller and operator interface screen designed to boost system flexibility for automation integration, process control and data logging while offering an intuitive user interface.

The LeanJet RB-2 can process two industrial, standard-size baskets of parts per cycle, up to 20 baskets per hr. Customized basket designs are available to accommodate larger parts.
