BEX Inc.’s K-Ball nozzle systems, made of corrosion-resistant composite and featuring a heavy-duty stainless steel spring clip, are available with a variety of spray balls in various spray patterns, flow rates and spray angles. Color-coded by size for quick reference, they are designed to ease maintenance as well as installation and removal.

The nozzles simply clip over a pre-drilled pipe and are used primarily for parts cleaning, pretreatment, spray washing and rinsing. The heavy-duty clip is effective to 100 psi at 175°F. The nozzles come with flat spray, flooding spray, hollow cone and shut-off nozzle balls.

The company also offers other products, including injection-molded, air-atomizing, hydraulic-atomizing, quick-change, tank-washing, tank-mixing and solid-stream nozzles.
