Columbia Chemical will display its Marquee Envy MP mid-phosphorous electroless nickel plating process, which contains no lead or cadmium, and has a fast deposition rate. It is designed to produce a deep, brilliant decorative finish of uniform thickness and hardness.

They also will exhibit its Colphos ZN 35 liquid-immersion zinc phosphate, which is designed to produce fine-grain, crystalline, heavyweight coatings on steel surfaces, while generating minimal sludge. The process is said to provide excellent absorbing properties for supplemental coatings such as oil or waxes. It is suited for coating weights of 1,000–5,000 mg per sq ft, and for pre-paint treatment and in-forming operations.
