Coatings that are dusty or dry when they hit the filter can present unique filtering challenges for your finishing team. Often filters that are effective against coatings that hit tacky or wet, fall flat when charged with dry or dusty overspray, so attaining good arrestance efficiencies and service life requires a new approach. Columbus Industries has developed overspray filters to meet these challenges straight on. The company provides three filter options for these coatings, allowing the customer to select based on price or performance levels required by their operation. CI will be displaying its standard Mini-Mesh and Supra II, perfect for standard applications, as well as products designed specifically to provide optimum filtration performance demanded by high end applications.
