Hubbard-Hall Inc.’s Aquapure I-300 wastewater treatment product acts as a coagulant and a metal precipitant to ease metal removal from wastewater. This liquid product rapidly settles suspended solids and effectively reduces copper, nickel, chromium and zinc. According to the company, the coagulant also eliminates the need for lime or other difficult-to-use powders. It is generally used in conjunction with an anionic flocculant but in some cases can work without the use of a flocculant.
