Configurable Powder System Integrates Processes and Handling

At Fabtech 2017, Parker Ionics will introduce its Configurable Compact Shuttle System (CCSS) for powder coating, which integrates pretreatment, drying and curing, and powder coating with an effective handling system.

Parker Ionics will introduce its Configurable Compact Shuttle System (CCSS) for powder coating, which integrates pretreatment, drying and curing, and powder coating with an effective handling system. The system offers the flexibility of positioning process equipment in multiple orientations to fit into virtually any available space. It also offers a variety of process choices, including chemical pretreatment and blasting. It can accommodate a range of part sizes and weights. Multiple load, unload and cooling spurs are designed to increase line productivity.
