Company has designed an automatic shutoff feature for its Constant Level Lubricators. An automatic shutoff will hold the liquid supply in the reservoir while refilling. After the filler cap is screwed down tightly, the liquid will resume normal functioning. This filling feature is said to simplify the replenishing of liquid, prevent loss of liquid, reduce clean-up expenses and save time. Operation is based on the liquid seal principle. Whenever the liquid level recedes below the set level, the liquid seal on the spout, inside the lubricator, is temporarily broken. This allows air from the air intake to enter the reservoir, releasing the liquid until a seal and proper level are again established.
