Nilex’ loose-fit or “bag” liners can be installed in liquid containment structures to provide primary containment. With the liner in place, liquids do not come in contact with the structure surface, reducing corrosion rates.
The loose-fit liner is comprised of four main components: a geomembrane (primary containment layer), a geotextile interstitial space which provides for monitoring, a mechanical compression system to provide a seal at any level within the tank and a mechanical monitoring port.
