The Redi-Pak, an operating and control unit for gas fired infrared process heating burners, will be demonstrated by Red-Ray Manufacturing with its burners at Fabtech. The Redi-Pak is a compact, portable unit that contains all necessary components to provide an air/ gas mixture for process heating systems of up to 400,000 btu/hr capacity. It is designed to be an economical and efficient alternative to conventional blower, mixer and gas train systems and allows for simple, cost effective addition of infrared burners to meet process heating needs.
The Redi-Pak operates natural gas or propane fired burners, including Red-Ray’s line of energy efficient surface combustion and flame impingement models. This facilitates design of a system that achieves the optimal degree of radiance and convection, maximizing productivity and energy efficiency.
