Guyson Corp. custom builds work cell tunnel washers based on modular engineering designs that enable washing, rinsing and drying stages to be daisy-chained in various configurations, according to the cleaning process requirements of the individual customer. The company’s model 600WRD features an adjustable speed mesh conveyor belt 23.5 inches wide surrounded by spray bars that are fitted with high impact V-spray jets delivering filtered solution at controlled temperature and pressure. In the heated air drying module, adjustable air knives positioned above and below the component accelerate evaporation. The company invites prospective users of aqueous cleaning systems to submit sample components for laboratory testing and application engineering evaluation at the machine builder's factory, located in northeastern New York State.
