EPSI’s Flex-Tite countersink pull plug (CPP) is designed to eliminate the hassle of stocking multiple plugs for varying countersink holes during plating, anodizing and electrocoating operations. These versatile plugs suit 82°, 90° and 100° countersink holes. A full range of 13 common sizes is available, with color coding to ease sorting and reuse and pull tabs for fast application and removal. The crucial point first contact design perfectly matches the countersinks that are being masked for a liquid-tight seal, according to the company. The high-grade silicone material withstands repeated use at high temperatures.
