Decoral System will demonstrate its infrared (IR) 3D decorating machine, which uses a dye sublimation process to apply decorative finishes such as wood grain, granite, marble, carbon fiber, brushed or others to virtually any powder-coated object. Decorative powder finishes can be applied to a range of substrates, resulting in many different textures, glosses and overall finishes. Applicable parts include furniture, store fixtures, shelving, tabletops, automotive parts, welded parts and more.
The IR machine also can apply custom logos and artwork. Additionally, there are applications for glow-in-the-dark powder such as street signs, emergency exits, bikes and motorcycles, boats, planes, aisles and walkways, theater exits, and any dark area that needs back-lit signage. Virtually any substrate that can be powder coated can use this Decoral process, including aluminum, steel, die casting, glass, ceramic, MDF, Nylon 66 and other high-temperature plastic.
