The ENfinity™ 12 is a revolutionary “long life”, high-phosphorus electroless nickel technology. Maintaining internal compressive stress through 20 metal turnovers (MTO), the process provides consistent deposit properties over an extended operating life without the use of expensive electrodialysis equipment, costly steady state operation (bleed and feed) or expensive chemical alternatives (e.g. nickel hypophosphite). The process is said to yield the most constant plating speeds versus conventional EN processes. The process is designed to yield the lowest cost of ownership versus all other high phosphorus EN processes on the market today. This product offers great operating flexibility, providing superior stability and a consistent plating rate when used in either high- or low-workload situations. The end result is increased throughput, productivity and improved efficiency. Sulfate-free, the process is pH self-regulating and is available as a three-component process for either ammonia or ammonia-free operation.
