Orbel Corp. offers continuous, reel-to-reel electroplating on metal substrates as thin as 0.0004 inch (0.01 mm) with tin, nickel, silver and copper plating finishes. Typical substrates include copper, brass and stainless steel. Maximum material widths range from 8.00 inches (203 mm) to 26 inches (660 mm), depending on the plating type, along with foil thickness and temper. Splice-free, finished coil weights are available up to 500 lbs (277 kg).
