EPSI’s Weld-Tite dual-flanged plugs are designed to fit the most common metric weld nut sizes to mask off the chamfer and entire weld nut. These plugs are engineered with DJ NE-G high-grade, high-temp silicone for harsh applications. These dual flanged plugs are designed as an alternative to traditional dual washer plugs in applications where access to the tag is limited, as well as quick installation and removal. The plugs are intended for applications in powder coating, electrocoating, anodizing and plating.
