Exair’s external mix atomizing spray nozzles mix liquid and air outside the nozzle and enable the air and liquid flows to be adjusted independently. These nozzles work by positively stopping liquid flow when compressed air is shut off and are available in three different liquid patters: round, narrow angle flat fan and wide angle flat fan patterns. The nozzles can be used for painting, coating, rinsing, cooling, quenching, wetting (moistening), dust control and humidification applications.

Unwanted drips when spraying any type of liquid can ruin product function on sealing or mating surfaces. Excess liquid flow wastes precious resources like expensive coatings, chemicals or water. Exair says its no-drip atomizing nozzles are designed for where no post-spray drip is permissible. When the compressed air supply is shut off, the no drip nozzle positively seals off the flow of liquid eliminating the possibility of drips.
