EXAIR’s 3/8 NPT FullStream Liquid Nozzle provides up to 250 PSIG liquid pressure in a conic shape at up to 800°F.
EXAIR’s (Cincinnati, Ohio) versatile 3/8 NPT FullStream Liquid Atomizing Spray Nozzle provides a full cone spray pattern for pressurized liquids, useful for industrial cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing and dust suppression applications. With a vaneless, tangential flow design, the FullStream has wide open internal features to resist clogging while simultaneously producing uniform distribution in a round pattern with medium to large droplets. The compact right-angle design operates at up to 250 PSIG liquid pressure, and the company says the nozzle functions seamlessly with liquids containing particulate.
FullStream nozzles supply liquid directly into the nozzle body, creating a swirling action within a vortex chamber. This vortex produces the desired spray pattern when the machined nozzle breaks the liquid surface tension and exits the aperture in a round, controlled spray angle.
Stainless steel construction provides durability and corrosion resistance, with operating temperatures up to 800°F (427°C). FullStream nozzles are CE compliant, and also available in 1/4 NPT with a variety of flow rates. They complement EXAIR’s large line of Air Atomizing and No Drip Air Atomizing Spray nozzles. Models come with a five-year warranty.
