Exair's Small Atomizing Nozzles Offer Range of Spray Patterns
Nozzles are suitable for tight spaces and require no liquid pressure.
Exair’s 1/8 NPT siphon fed spray nozzles atomize fluids in a range of spray patterns for a variety of uses. These are Exair’s smallest air atomizing nozzles and are suitable for tight spaces. The company says that these nozzles require no liquid pressure and can be used with gravity-fed liquids or lift liquids from a siphon height as much as 36” (91cm). The nozzles combine liquid and compressed air to create a mist of atomized liquid that can be adjusted for each application.
According to the company, these nozzles enable manufacturers to coat, lubricate, cool, treat and paint a variety of products using compressed air and liquids with a viscosity of up to 200cP. Atomizing nozzles can be used with water to efficiently and evenly cool hot items in automated processes
The stainless-steel construction of these atomizing nozzles are said to add to their durability and corrosion resistance. A variety of flow patterns and rates are available. Pressurized liquids, internal mix, external mix, no-drip, ¼ and ½ NPT atomizing nozzles are also available. All models are CE compliant, adjustable and come with a 5-year warranty.
