Exair Corp.’s ¼ NPT flat fan atomizing spray nozzle is designed to atomize fluid and sprays at a right angle to the nozzle orientation, enabling precise spray placement for limited work areas. These nozzles are engineered for coating the inside of enclosures and ductwork, combining liquid and compressed air inside of the air cap to produce an adjustable fine mist of atomized liquid. The company says these spray nozzles provide liquid flows from 1.8 to 6.9 gallons/hr. The nozzles are engineered with stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. These nozzles enable coaters to coat, cool, treat and paint a variety of products using compressed air and liquids with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise.
