The   Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Pretreatment System is said to remove laser oxidation scale from acid pickling during your cleaning and phosphating pretreatment operations.

The acid pickling stage is isolated from other process stages by using a dedicated exhaust system.  A water scrubber system removes any acid vapor from the exhaust air stream before leaving the building.

The system is resistant to high acid and caustic chemical levels; extremely energy efficient; sloped, translucent roof, which is said to eliminate part contamination and allows natural lighting inside the housing; non-slip continuous grating, providing a safe work surface for operator access; smooth interior, reducing chemical build-up which means easier and less frequent maintenance and durable non-corrosive construction.
