PKG Equipment offers design, fabrication and installation of custom finishing equipment from individual components to manual or automatic turnkey systems. The company’s wet process stations and sinks are manufactured for small parts cleaning, plating, etching, passivation and more. Benches may be fabricated from standard or fire-retardant white polypropylene or stainless steel, and are designed to optimize production, and to be easy to operate and maintain. Sliding doors provide operator access to plumbing and quick replacement of filter media. They can be customized with a variety of controls and features such as digital instrumentation, ventilation, ultrasonics and built-in rectifiers. Plating, rinse and various process tanks may be equipped with heaters, agitator assemblies, drip shields, buss bars, etc. Existing wet benches may be modified or refurbished as well.
