Batch, long-radius, spiral and removable center-column finishing mills along with accessories such as waste settling tanks, parts/media separators, compound injector systems, and a full line of deburring media is available from company. The finishing mills use a direct-drive Vibro-Energy Motion Generator.  Sized from 1/3 to 20 hp, the drive system incorporates oversize dual spherical bearings, an extra-large diameter shaft, a heavy-duty casting and special mounting wedges to distribute stress. The Motion Generator Exchange Program provides immediate availability of replacement units, eliminating downtime. Mills’ are designed to be sturdy, rigid construction and wear resistant, 95 Durometer polyurethane lining deliver consistent, long-lasting performance. The units typically last 30-40 years and carry the strongest warranty in the industry.
