Gema’s OptiFlex 2 CF funnel powder coating unit is engineered for lab use, coating small quantities and size samples. This robust and durable funnel unit can be used on all OptiFlex2 configurations, performs quick and easy color changes and provides high-quality coating results with any powder, says the company. Using the company’s PowerClean technology, the unit is capable of effective cleaning in 20 sec. or less. Precision control of all coating parameters and on-gun powder adjustment enable the unit to generate a stable and consistent output, producing high-quality and repeatable coating results. Options for 250- or 600-mL funnels are available.
